Our vision for the youth of Mt. Pleasant is simple: to create a vibrant and supportive community where every young person feels loved, accepted, and empowered to grow in their faith. We aim to provide a safe and engaging environment where kids can explore their spirituality, build strong character, and develop meaningful relationships with each other and with God. We want to equip them with a solid foundation of faith that will guide them through all of life's adventures.
our purpose
"Growing up in this church, I still have memories of all the things we did as youth. I want that same experience for the children of this generation and in our community. God is a foundation that we should build on at an early age. It's one thing to tell a child about Jesus Christ, but it is so much more to teach them about Jesus Christ. That requires trust, patience, time, and attention. The youth of this generation has so many questions and they are genuinely curious. You can literally mold them in a miraculous way from the seeds you plant in them. I'm grateful to Mt. Pleasant and my mother for the seeds they planted and I want to do my part to plant seeds with the youth of my community."
